Millions of women and girls around the world play Rugby – come and see why they love it so much!

The first ever Victorian Girls’ Rugby Comp for independent schools is on in Term 3, 2021. As host club, Kiwi Hawthorn will be entering a ‘barbarians’ team made up of girls who want to play, but whose school is not officially taking part.

Rugby 7s is easy to learn, great fun and has great cross-over skills to Aussie Rules and Netball.

Plus, the Australian Womens Rugby 7s team will be defending their Olympic Gold medal during July; fantastic inspiration for any girl wanting to give rugby a try.
